Airbot HK Official Warranty
Warranty is automatically activated when the product is shipped to the buyer. Airbot warranty covers major electronic components and the motor.
Not covered under warranty:
- Any damage caused by human error, misuse, abuse or improper operation.
- Water damage, dropped or impact damage, pet damage or any other physical damage.
- Scratches, dents or cosmetic wear and tear.
- Natural battery capacity degradation over time.
- Consumable parts such as fluffy brush, HEPA filter, roller wheels and dust cup subject to normal wear.
Warranty service terms:
- After engineer inspection, faulty components will be repaired or replaced with brand new parts.
- Warranty return shipping fee and re-delivery fee are borne by the buyer.
- Once the product is unboxed and used, returns or refunds are no longer accepted due to hygiene reasons and warranty activation.
