Shipping Provider｜物流運送

All orders are delivered by SF Express (順豐速運). Shipping fees are fully covered by Airbot.

所有訂單均由 順豐速運 負責派送，運費由 Airbot 承擔。

Delivery Time & Areas｜配送天數與地區

• Hong Kong: 1–2 business days
  香港地區：配送時間約 1–2 個工作天
• Macau: 3–5 business days
  澳門地區：配送時間約 3–5 個工作天

Order Processing｜出貨說明

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed.

下單後（含訂購當天），約 1–3 個工作天 內出貨，不含例假日。

Delays & Exceptions｜延遲與例外情況

During festive seasons, promotional periods, or in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or natural disasters, shipments may experience delays.
