退換貨與退款政策
|服務保障內容|
僅限於由 Airbot 授權的港澳區總代理商及授權經銷通路 所銷售之產品適用本保養與服務條款。非經授權通路購買之產品,恕無法享受相關售後與保養服務。
|非服務保固範圍|
- 需定期更換的消耗品(如濾網、滾刷、電池等)。
- 產品附件:充電器、集塵盒、水箱、包裝紙箱、說明書等。
|非產品保固範圍|
下列情況不屬於產品保固範圍內(基於客戶服務考量,仍可提供有償維修服務,包含材料費、檢修費及運費):
- 非經 Airbot 授權工程師拆裝、改造或維修之產品。
- 保固資料填寫不實(如型號不符或遺漏)。
- 因電源故障、水災、風災、地震、腐蝕、或其他不可抗力因素導致損壞。
- 使用非原廠配件導致之損壞屬人為因素,恕不保固。
|關於退貨|
依據消費者保護法,消費者享有 7 天鑑賞期。請於貨到 7 天內聯繫客服辦理退換貨。退回商品必須保持 全新未使用狀態 並保持 完整包裝,否則恕不受理。
|關於七天鑑賞期|
請注意,鑑賞期並非試用期。為維護消費者衛生安全,家電產品一經啟動、充電或使用後,相關零部件(如電池、濾網、馬達、集塵盒)將無法恢復原狀,除新品瑕疵外恕不退貨。
若商品需退貨,請保持產品主體、所有配件、贈品、保證書、原廠包裝與附隨文件完整無缺。商品外盒為商品一部分,若有遺失或損壞,可能影響退貨權益。
|關於退款|
若退貨符合條件,我們將於收到退回商品後 7 個工作天內,以銀行匯款或原付款方式退還款項。退款帳戶須與訂購人戶名一致。
- 信用卡付款:退款將退回原信用卡帳戶。
- ATM 匯款或貨到付款:請提供戶名、銀行名稱與帳號以便退款。
- 因個人原因退貨者,需自行負擔運費;若商品有損壞或出貨錯誤,運費由 Airbot 承擔。
售後服務聯絡:
若有任何退換貨或產品問題,請聯絡客服人員協助處理。
Refund & Return Policy
Service Coverage
This policy applies only to products sold through Airbot’s authorized distributors and resellers in Hong Kong and Macau. Products purchased from unauthorized channels are not eligible for warranty or after-sales service.
Exclusions from Service Warranty
- Consumable parts requiring regular replacement (e.g., filters, rollers, batteries).
- Accessories such as chargers, dust bins, water tanks, packaging boxes, and manuals.
Situations Not Covered Under Product Warranty
The following situations are not covered under product warranty. Paid repair service (materials, inspection, and shipping fees) may still be provided:
- Products dismantled, modified, or repaired without Airbot authorization.
- Incorrect or incomplete warranty registration (e.g., mismatched model).
- Damage caused by power failure, water, corrosion, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
- Damage due to non-original accessories or improper use (considered user-induced).
Return Policy
In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to a 7-day return period from the date of delivery. Returned products must remain unused, unopened, and in original condition with complete packaging to qualify for return or exchange.
7-Day Appreciation Period
Please note that the 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period. For hygiene and safety reasons, household appliances that have been activated, charged, or used cannot be returned unless proven defective.
Returned products must include all accessories, gifts, manuals, warranty cards, and original packaging. The outer box and packaging materials are part of the product and must not be damaged or missing to maintain refund eligibility.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of returned items. Refunds will be made via bank transfer or original payment method, and must be issued to the purchaser’s account.
- Credit Card Payments: Refunded to the original card used.
- ATM/Bank Transfer or COD: Provide your bank name, branch, account number, and account holder name.
- Return Shipping: If the return is customer-initiated, the customer bears the shipping cost. Airbot covers shipping if the product is defective or incorrect.
